to plaintiffts attorney, Percy Foreman, who was representing Plaintiff in
said er. indictment.

pleaing to said indictment; a compendium of the poet trial investigation
would indicate: the information cited above was given to a St. Louia, Miss-
‘guri, labor leader, and informed it pertained to the MLK jte case, who app-
areatly im turn furnished said information to a Nashville, Tennessee, ex-
attorney to investigate; said Attorney had scurces in the State of Louisiana
imvestigate the matter and thereafter said Attorney reported the Baton Rouge
listed munber resident zas under the influence of the Teanstera union; and
‘ the New Orleans listed muaber resident was among other things an agent of
a uideast organization disturbed because of Dr. King's reported forthcoming,
before his death, public support of the Palestine Arab cause. (References toa
