Watson, City Miitor, Hannibal Courier-Post, Hannibal, Missouri, advised an agent of this Bureau at Hannibal that he was in receipt of an undated letter signed by 2, T. Stone. This letter bears the letterhead "Inter-Continental Aerial Research Foundation" and in the upper right corner there is typed "MISSOURI FILTH CENTER, Robert 7. Stone, Director, 10717 EF. 27th Terr., Independence, Missouri." The letter furnished by Mr. Watson is as follows: "Dear Editor: "The enclosed notice is self-explanatory.
