Dear Sir; A research group that I am in is presently engaged in the study of the subject of UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects), sometimes ludicrous- -ly termed "flying saucers", Since our research takes us into every aspect of the subject, certain rumors and statements appear which we feel justify an examination to the fullest. One such statement is that, certain federal agencies, namely the FBL and CIA, have carried on private investigations of UFOs Y and/or that such agencies have, at times, worked in conjunction with the 4 Air Force on its own study of the subject.
