Satz, dr., and Assistant United States Attorney Donald . HOrows tz. who declined ta . prosecute Livezly. The facts of this case as well as the prosecutive decision were discussed by Special Agent Rex I, Shroder with Hr. E, Lamar Sledge of the Criminal Division.on September 15, 1967, and by Special Agent with Mr, Carl W. Livezly is employed by Radio Corporation of America (RCA), ty Camden, New Jersey, in 2 custodial capacity.
