as the effect that Bobbiefioore be transferred at the same time that Yi Miller ia transferred in order to avoid aroueing any ‘ suspicion, Some time past a communication was directed to the St. Paul Office requesting them to interview the 8 year old deughter of Vi Killer, at Brainerd, Minnesota. I eonsider this angle of utmost importance to the investigation. I believe also that it would be preferable to have Agent Andersen handle that investiga- tion personally, in view of his knowledge of this case. This child was living with Vern and Vi Miller before the massacre, at the time the massacre took place, and subsequent thereto, and no doubt she could give valuable infomation regarding the associations of Vern and Vi Miller in the ‘event that proper arrangements can be mide. . Some time past when I was talking to Louis®Stacel in an effort to secure sone information of value from him he casually remarked that AlCapone could probably name, or at leaat could find out, the actual identity of each of the assassins at the Union Station Plaza. Agent Andersen is now on his way to St. Petersburg, Florida, on special assignment. He will probably ‘be released from there after a short period of time. It_is suggested that the Division consider having Agent Andersen stop . at Atlante, Georgia, upon his return from St. Petersburg to Interview r Capones. “Be ‘Bay not be able to securé Inform tion of -.‘Walue from that source. However, I do believe that the effort ‘would be worth while. Very truly youre, 61 SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE EEC:08
