Arthur RY Betker is a brother of Fred Barker and member of the Nashe
Bailey gang, ruuning mate of alvin Karpia and Fred Barker, brutel killers,
who are wanted for the mrder of Sheriff Kelley at West Plains, Missouri,
en December 19, 193le Frank Nash apparently visited with him in Ste
Paul, Minnesota, about one week befcre the massacreée Underworld informa-
tion indicates that arthur Barker may bave been ea participant in the

Chicago, Illinois, on November 2, 1933, She wae indicted for harboring
end concealing Miller by the United States Grand Jury at Chicago, Illinois,
on November 8, 1933, entered a plea of guilty and on November 29, 1933, at
Chicago received a sentence of one yesr and one day in the Federal Prison
for Women, slderson, West Virginia.
