Bighly important that this office and the Division be in possession of every particle of information or evidence, which may be in any of the Field offices of the Division. Accordingly, it is respect- fully requested that the Division issue instructions to all Pield of- fices to furnish the Kansas City office and the Division with ail information now contained in these files, with reference to this case, which has not been previously transmitted.
