raise a bond unless requested to do so by Mra. Connera or someone re-
presenting her.

Conroy, by telephone, and after discussing the matter it was decided
that it would not be expedient to teke any further ection at the
present tims insofar as Kearney its concerned. Kearney left the in-
pression with the writer thet he ia vitally interested in the welfare
of Gelataa but feeling that Galetss would be better off facing what
is ageinet bim he may cooperate in the future in furnishing information
relative to him. It is believed that Agent Maher enjoys Kearney's good
will and can contact hin, with safety, in the event future developments
werrant. - -
