Conroy, the writer made arrangements, on 10-16-3535, to trensport
from Kansas City, Missouri, to Leavenworth, Kansas, witnesses in
this case named as follows:

Arrangements were made with Kr. Dale Harmon, Manager of
the ‘Yellow Cab Compeny, to have his employees evaileble, and sirilar
arrengenente were made with Mr. Lee, Assistant Station Master,
Union Railroad Station, to have the Station Master's anployees
available, The other individuals were personally interviewed on
1Qnl16-23, All parties approached in thie matter were advised of
‘ the very confidential nature of the matter, and were further re-
minded that for the best interesta of themselves and the Goverment
absolutely no publicity should be made available in thia connection.
The parties all appeared at the Kansas City office by 12:20 P.M,
