File 62-760- Puravuant to inetructions of Special Agent in Charge Conroy, the writer made arrangements, on 10-16-3535, to trensport from Kansas City, Missouri, to Leavenworth, Kansas, witnesses in this case named as follows: He. Le Orr, driver Yellow Cab Campany. E. Le Ellis, driver Yellow Cab Company. Robert E. Fritts, driver Yellow Cab Company. d&lva Parman, driver Yellow Cab Company. D. &- Solomon, employed by Station Master, Union Railroad Station. Jack Clark, employed by Station Master, Union Railroad Station. — 7. 2. Jemieson, employed by Station Master, Union Railroad Station. W. De. Rousier, Manager, Fred Harvey Reataurant, Union Railroad Station. Mra. Lottie Weat, Travelera aid, Union Railroad Station. W. E. Gregory, Room 2011, Telephone Building. Robert D. Woods, operator, Kaneaa City Public Service Companys Arrangements were made with Kr. Dale Harmon, Manager of the ‘Yellow Cab Compeny, to have his employees evaileble, and sirilar arrengenente were made with Mr. Lee, Assistant Station Master, Union Railroad Station, to have the Station Master's anployees available, The other individuals were personally interviewed on 1Qnl16-23, All parties approached in thie matter were advised of ‘ the very confidential nature of the matter, and were further re- minded that for the best interesta of themselves and the Goverment absolutely no publicity should be made available in thia connection.
