Personally, with some concern, I am of the impression that the State of Missouri, with the evidence pow available, would have considerable diffi- | culty in convicting on murder charges any of the Subiecte herein. Nash; however, thie can hardly be considered a satisfactory condition, in as much as we all feel that the participants in the Union Station Plaza Massacre should all be subjected te a death penalty, { My principal subject of concern has to do with the Kanses City, Missouri ,\WPolice Department. To date, they appsrently have not furnished this Divibion with a single particle of evidence, or even information of a tangible value. It is inconceivable to me that a large metropolitan police department during the period which has elapsed since the massacre has net received some valuable information from its vast pumber of underworld informants.
