With reference to the bili of Mrs, 8 Buchalter ‘end irs, ’
Y. Allen, it is to be noted that a teiloring charge of $2.50 is reoorded
thereon. A note reflecting that amount to have been paid to the Rome
Teilore, the telephone number of which, together with the address, hea

It is to be further noted that on July 5, 1935 o hair
dressing charge of $1.00 was recorded, said emount heaving been paid
to the heir dresser at the Ritz Carlton. Inquiry made et this establiah-

been made for the hiring of two automobiles. At 12 o'clock noon Buchelter,
his wife and son, Mrs. Vivien Allen, end thsman who hed been seen emong the
group on the beach who wae not of Jewiah extraction, entered Buchal ter's
Lincoln sedan, which had been brought to the hotel door. This car bore
1933 Hew York registration plates S=Ce7860. ‘fhe baggage of this party
consiated of two large, canvas colored begs, brom in color, and two -
aml] leather bage, ons black and one brown, which were tied on the
trunk reck in the reer of the car. Two agents were driving e Packard
sedan end another agent with ae chauffeur occupied a second Packeré
seden. The subject car mes immediately trailed, followed by the two

perties arrived in Lakewood, H.J, at approximately 1:20 P.M, et
which time all of the partiea in the Buchaiter car atopped et either
the Taylor Pharmacy or the Monterey Inn, located in the business district
