She and Nash and Vernon Miller's wife, known as Vi, were out
oabareting togetber on occasions around Chicego, After the
meeting with the wife of Miller she said she sav them frequently.

joint of some kind, operated by the husband of Gladys Sevyers
She stated thet she, Vi and Frenk returned to Chicago from St.
Paul in the sutomobile together, and while enroute had an autoe
pobile accident in which Frenk's erm was injured. After this
accident she said that ahe or Vi called Doc Stacey, who imme
diately got a doctor whose nam ig Brust to render medical aid
to Frank. She steted that at this time she and Frenk vere living
in at apartnent in Berwyn, near Cicero on 6lat Street Court, under
the name of "Mills", Ghe said that Vernon and Vi et that time
were living at the Graymere Hotel in Chicago under the name of
Miller, Moore or Masone .
She said that sometime after the sooldent, when Frank's arm did
not get along eo well, Vernon Miller suggested that Frank go to
Hew York to exter a hospital for treatment, end that Frenk
apparently 414 not want to go but Verncn, who wae of a dontneering
disposition, induced him to do eo, and that she, Frank and Verne
left by trein for New York and upon arrival at New York all of them
registered at the Picadilly Hotel. She fized this date eas some
time prior to Thankegiving as after Frank bed entered the hospital
he was discharged about a day or two before Thankegivings
She said that after Frank was out of the hospital he and she went
to live at the Nareganset Hotel, at 94th ani Broadway, under the
name of George We Millers Sha and Prank remained in New York until
after New Year's, and a day or two after the firet of the year Verne
end Vi came to New York and stopped at the Picadilly Hotel.
