examined the records at the court house as to case #25815 involving 205-2.
William Engler, Edward Wilbite, Winoil Urben, and John Lugar, and found - ora
that they were indicted 12/22/31 for posseasion of burglary tools, ant, Men oe
were convicted and sentenced or 3/26/32 to an indefinite term in the.
Iowa State Penitentiary, Ft. Madison, Ie. to a term of years of not to. .:-
exceed 15 years. On the same date all the subjects made appeal bonds =,
in the following manner. Urban released on $12,000 property bond signed |.-
