* "Wg advised that he haa been ecquainted with PAUL RICCA, one of the defendants,
e-»2, for many years, and that he also knows all of the remaining defendants. FUSCO j
. stated that he did not post any money for bond for RICGA or any of the "s
defendants, but that he did solicit funds from CHARLES LaMANTIA, PHILIP {
LaWANTA, RUDOLPH SWANSON and FRANK ARRIGO, all of whom are connected with
the Laventia-Arrigo Company, which is engaged in the produce business. He
stated that he was unable to tell the exact amount that each contributed
because it was his recollection that thay brought the money directly to the
bonding company, but that he believes the total amount posted by all of the. f
individuals that he solicited was $50,000.90. He stated that he did not put
r-- |. up any of his om cash as he was not in a position to do so at that time, . ,

FUSCO advised that he did not receive any fee or commission for his services
win this regard, and does not believe that any of the individuals whom he

any irregularity in the manner in which the defendants obtained their raceant b
