I I was then asked if he would carry out the threat to kill Congressman MURTHA. In response, 1 Istated that even if he wanted to, he did not have wherewithal to kill the Congressman, unless the Congressman came and knocked at his door and they got into a fist fight. I Istated that he did not have any weapons in his possession.
