MURTHA and requests recipients to e-mail him at hotma'l.com or to call him atl Iwith any questions. stated that he sent the e-mail from an Internet terminal at the Cambria County Library. I Idoes not have a computer in his home and uses the computers at the library. Initially~ Icould not recall to whom or on which days he sent the e-mail but stated that he sent it to more than one person through his Hotmail account. whenl Iuses the Internet terminals at the library, he gives his libra~y card to a library employee who swipes the card and assignsl Jto an Internet terminal.
