on another matter, was asked whether or not Mr, Ehrlichman's official
title was "Legal Counsel to the President." Miss Brown advised that
Mr. Ehrlichman uses the title of ''Counsel to the President"; however, ...-,
she stated the word "Legal" is actually “descriptive of his position and —
either title is all right. |

personally, we will begin addressing correspondence to him using that title, ©
This change of address title necessitates no change in any Bureau forms or
