They were errogent and demanding and finelly wade veiled threats to " expose the past” of WILSON te ather residents of Mglten, Peane. WILSON ras at one time the subject of a Faderal Reserve Act investigation by the FBI, accoard- ing to Avant's present recallection and there are repertedly certain things © in his pagt, such as that incident which led to the FBI investigation, which, if not showing a criminal proclivity, do at least indicate questionable judg- ment. WILSON tela him that hia past was known to everyone anyway (and Warden HUMPAREY agrwed on this point, stating that the residents of Milton knew of his past actirities and backgreaund) end thet he still insisted he could and would do nothing to help then. Accordirs to Warden HUMPHREY, whe received the above information from WILSON, no threat was ever made over the phone or vie mail, end the threats which wers made rnersonvlly by the reprasentatives of the ABC, were not diveet but were couched in vague terminology. He stated that he realized thet there was no indication that the Federal statutes had been violated but that he falt it advisable to at least bring i+ to the éttenbion of this office. Because there ia no inéteation of a vioiation of Federal stetute over which the FRI might herve juriediction, no action is being taken by Agent. Werden HYMHREY ste/ +d thet WILSON intends te complain ta officials of the ABG ebout the sections of their empleyees who called on hin. Warden HUMPHREY said that he has not been approached by ABC representatives regarding the above. 103534
