He stated that he knew of an individual presently confined in a Federal Insti- tution whose civil rights, he felt, were being violated. Information in that regard was obtained from him and a separate letter to the Bureau is being prepared concerning that matter, entitled "UNKNOWN SUBJECTS; ©.
