Rebulets 9/25/52 and 10/9/52,
GEORGE R. BURN, U. S. Penitentiary, Lewisburg, Pa., wis interviewed
at that place on October 17, 1952, where he is presently serving a4
three to fifteen-year sentence for manslaughter, from Washington,
D.C,
BURN furnished no information concerning instant case. He stated
that he knew of an individual presently confined in a Federal Insti-
tution whose civil rights, he felt, were being violated. Information
in that regard was obtained from him and a separate letter to the
Bureau is being prepared concerning that matter, entitled "UNKNOWN
SUBJECTS; ©. JOH McKINNEY, Victim ~ CIVIL RIGHTS", with a copy to
Kansas City for appropriate actions
