4/23/57 AIR-TEL 3 SACK SOBLE, Was} ETAL 7 (MOCASE ) SOBLE interviewed p.m., 4/23/57, Federal Correctional Institution, Danbury, Connecticut. SOBLE stated that he new recalled knowing that JANE ZLATOVSKI was with DONOVAN (General WILLIAM F. DONOVAN - OSS), and that JANE met DONOVAN personally. SOBLE was unable to recall if JANE ZLATOVSKI had a code name at the time he met her. SOBLE denied asking GEORGE ZLATOVSKI to look for a US Government job in Europe and recalled that GEORGE ZLATOVSKI had also located a job at UNESCO on his own initiative. SOBLE claimed that he could not recall if he had asked MORROS to carry reports for him to Vienna. He denied knowledge of MORROS ever making a report on DEWEY and WARREN. SOBLE at first claimed he could not recall, i but later remembered that he introduced ZLATOVSKI to i MORROS in Paris. SOBLE claimed he could not recall stating i that he was going to have JEANNIE OMTVEDT obtain a job y for GEORGE ZLATOVSKI with Marshall Plan in Europe.
