O'Beirne of th Crime Research Section. She stated that she is pretty sure she is being used for some sort of electronic test and she has not given her permission for it. She said it has happened in the past and she was shanghaied and put in a mental hospital because of it. She spent 8 weeks in the hospital and received 13 shock treatments. She said she has appealed to the local police in the 4 or 5 cities in which she has lived and feels that her civil rights have been abridged.
