At approximately 7:30 p.m. on 7-17-61 Scranton,.Pennsylvania, telephonically spoke to the writer and advised she desired an FBI investi- gation conducted concerning the disposition of her father's estate. She related that her father died on 3-13-60 from injuries received from an automobile driven by another individual and that he left a will which is being contested in court, She stated that she is the executor of her father's estate and feels that the court and her own attorneys are against her. | The complainant was advised that the FBI hee no jurisdiction in the above matter and that no action could be taken by us.
