The purpose of his trip is to contact Brazilian police authorities ani t~ discuss with them the functions of the I.C.P.C. in an effort to interest them in becoming members of the Commission, Mr. NEPOTE also intends to visit the Police Services at Santiago de Chile, Montevideo Uruguay, and perhaps at Buenos Aires. . —_ no oceee \ I have taken the liberty of suggesting to M. NEPOTE that he ' contact Mr. LARSEN in Rio de Janeiro, who may be able to give him som advice and possibly to assist him in seeing the proper Brazilian police authorities. ; Tt is suggested that Mr. LARSEN be advised of the impending visit of Mr. NEPOTE.
