The sessions were held in the National Assembly Chanber (House of Representatives), a rare privilege. A reception was piven the delegates by the Canton of Beme, and a dinner was offered by the Berne City Government, The Swiss Tourist Bureau sponsored a sightseeing tour of the city, as well. as an all-day excursion and lunch, on Friday, October 24, 1949. References to the Bureau and Mr, Hoover wall be found in the minutes of the meetings.
