During their browsing about the store one of his e employees, ANTHONY SHEPARD, reported to him that the white male. had concealed an item from the store on his person. SHEPARD advised HUETT he was going to detain the white male if he attempted to leave the store without paying for the item, va HUETT advised SHEPARD obtained a pair of handcuffs and a re~. ‘te volver and returned to assist the white male in purchases, fix +. HUET? stated he alerted GARY MASON, another employee, ‘to ‘- . assist SHEPARD if he went outside with the male shopper.
