- HUETT stated that shortly after 4:00 p.m., a white
male and female entered his store and began selecting items to
purchase. During their browsing about the store one of his e
employees, ANTHONY SHEPARD, reported to him that the white male.
had concealed an item from the store on his person. SHEPARD
advised HUETT he was going to detain the white male if he
attempted to leave the store without paying for the item,
va HUETT advised SHEPARD obtained a pair of handcuffs and a re~.
