‘ Specimen Q209-is a .30 caliber copper-jacketed bullet
like that loaded into .30 Carbine caliber cartridges. Specimen
196 is a .30 caliber copper jacket. Specimens Q209 and 0196
have been fired from a barrel(s) rifled with four lands and
grooves, right twist, like that found on .30 caliber Unites States
Carbines. Although the rifling impressions in specimens 0209
and Q196 are like those present in the fired bullets and bullet
fragments recovered at the abduction and robbery scenes, no
identifications were effected, , :

The copper jacket fragment from the front door rug,
specimen Q196, is minute and of no value for identification
purposes.
The 0211 and Q212 lead fragments appear to be the
cores of copper-jacketed bullets. These specimens are of no
value for identification purposes.
No traces of potassium cyanide were found in the
submitte@ bullet and bullet fragments, specimens Q195, Q1%6,
Q209 and 9210 through 0212.
All of the above-listed specimens are being retained
in the Laboratory for future comparison purposes.
