He told that he would have to go to the bank. then asked where do you bank, to which the man responded that he banked at 18th and Irving. , knowing the area, advised the indi- vidual that there is no bank at 18th and Irving. The indi- vidual then stated, "Well, may be it is close‘to that ares." severed suggested that there was a Bank of America at ZI[st and Irving, but the individual responded that he did not think that that is where the bank was located, , then stated, "Wherever you get the money, I have other people interested in the van.” At that point, he said "Maybe I can get the money from my mother~in-law."
