Doie of tronacription. 5/ 3/ 7h en: she recalls that on Wednesday night Apri ’ she observed an Avis rental panel | wn delivery truck type vehicle parked in front of her apartment building for approximately one hour commencing at about 10: 30 p.m. She recalls the incident because the truck was parked in front of the driveway to her puilding. She recalls the Avis truck because it was similar to a panel truck she had rented on a previous occasion. She recalls the lettering NAVIS" on the side of the truck. She saidthe truck was being loaded with clothing and boxes by two individuals, a White female and a Negro male, carrying these items fron the front entrance of 1827 Golden Gate Avenue. She said of course she is unable to 4dentify which apartment these people were moving fron, but she could observe them go in and out of the door of 1827 Golden Gate Avenue. She described these individuals as. follows, pointing out that it was dark and the street lighting fs poor and she is unable to jdentify either of them: One White female, age 20 to 30, slender build, ong hair, but could not distinguish the color, could not tell how tall, was wearing a white hat with floppy brim, a light colored or white jacket, and slacks, the color of which she does not recall. RK Negro male, age 20-30, slender build, does not know approximate height or recall facial hair, wearing biue jeans and blue jean jacket.
