a «:: recontacted at her residence and
was asked to recoun nformation previously furnished by
her on May 2, 1974 relating to the individuals movi g from
the apartment house on April 24 and 25, 1974 at fOe2 pane
Gate Avenue. . _—
. It was noted she related the same information
essentially as before except on this occasion she stated
that the second woman that she observed on the night of
_ April 25, 1974 wore a white knit cap. She was reminded
“vs that previously she described this woman as pare headed.
She then stated she could be confused on this point.
She then pointed out from her living room where
she had been standing to observe the activities,she des~-
eribed,on April 25 and 25, 1974.
It is noted she does have a clear view of the
driveway in which the vehicles were parked on the nights of
: April 24 and 25, 1974. Her view of the sidewalk and the
| entrance to 1827 Golden Gate Avenue is restricted, however,
by an awning over the sidewalk at that point, co
. was then shown photographs of EMILY
MONTAGUE , A ATWOOD, WILLIAM TAYLOR HARRIS
WILLIAM LAWTON WOLFE, BOYCE MARIE HALVERSON, abd THERY

She said these photographs were ali unfamiliar
except for the photograph of EMILY MONTAGUE HARRIS. She
said she cannot relate HARRIS to the greup that was moving
from 1827 Golden Gate Avenue on Apri2 24 and 25, 1974,
however, she does recall that about six weeks ago she was
on the sidewalk in front of her apartpe uilding when a
young woman, possibly identical with Ag ; asked her if
she was the manager of the apaa‘tment ho} MH Golden
Gate which had an apartment for rent. referred
her next door and assumes that she did rent an apartment
