He did think _ that pessibly the phrase'was a slang texm of some type. WEED stated that they never kept large amounts of cash around the apartment. WEED stated that the three individuals | ‘were very authoritarian about the incident and appeared to have military training. WEED felt the black individual . “ enjoyed kicking him and kicked him in a very deliberate manner, ._: as if to intimidate WEED, making sure he was not lying. WEED | assumed that it was the girl who took HEARST’s wallet. WEED - Stated that the kidnapers also took his wallet. “After ‘the’ ‘plack individual finished kicking WEED, "he began tying WEBD's hands behind his back with some type’ of nylon repe. Just as WEED's hands were being tied behind -his back, a neighbor, STEVE SUENAGA, was dragged into the apartment and.thrown next to WEFD, just like you would throw a sack of petatoes. WEED advised that four or five Orientals reside in thé apartment across from their apartment, however, he was unable to recognize SUENAGA at that particular time.
