, The interview was conducted in a make- shift plywood
shack used for conducting interviews, located adjacent to the
"Deg Cages" in Camp X-Ray. When the detainee was brought in for
the interview, Po Jobserved the detainee had-a black eye,
facial cuts arcund the nose area, and his fingers on both hands
b6 -1 were taped up. The detainee; who spoke English, said words to

injuries were sustained in a scuffle due to the detainee.
