Writer: visited GTMO for a period of approximately 3-4 days and returned to Portland Division, his office of assignment at the time. Writer ‘would add that when the detainee was brought into the interview shack at Camp Xray, the detainee appeared to suffer from physical injuries to include possible broken - fingers and injuries to his face. When writer inquired as to the cause of the detainee's injuries, writer learned that the ‘detainee had recently exhibited non- compliance with a prison guard, and that the rapid reaction team was brought in to bring the detainee into compliance.
