Bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety on both
BROWN and SHERMAN.
On November 4, 1977, RITA DARLENE BROWN appeared
before United States Magistrate JOHN L. WEINBERG, Seattle,
Washington, where she was remanded to custody of the United
States Marshal in lieu of $100,000 bail pending further hearings.
On November 14, 1977, in appearance before U.S.
Magistrate PHILIP K. SWEIGERT at Seattle, RITA DARLENE BROWN
was ordered removed to Oregon for further proceedings in U.S.
District Court, Portland.
