Rally which was held at Madison Square Garden, New York City, on May 16,
1946, under the sponsorship of the ICCASP. Sinatra reportedly concluded
his remarks with the statement, "Tolerance also means the right of the
Chinese people to decide for themselves the kind of Goverment they want."
