The Bureau advised by airtel, dated 4/11/77, that a manual search of the missing persons indices at the FBI Headquarters was conducted based on the presumption that unsub may have parished during the jump and a missing persons report may have been filed with the FBI. Twenty-one possible suspects were developed as a result of this manual search and they are currently being processed as suspects at the present time. On the same date, the Bureau advised by letter that there are eight latent fingerprints connected with this case that were obtained from and around the seat occupied by unsub. The eight latent fingerprints were made by the tip and lower joint areas of fingers and a latent impression, which is a fingerprint or a palm print, was also developed. 2*
