Reference also made to Springfield teletype 12/30/71 in which they pointed out that the Military Air Life Command at Scott Field had given a favorable reply to the request from McChord Air Force Base, but believed that the first test should be conducted with a 200~lb. dummy. ,- ~ I called OLROGG and told him that"it aid not appear from the wording of Springfield teletype that McChord was precluded from furnishing live volunteers.
