NORJAK.
At 6:15 PM, 1/11/75, anonymous caller contacted
Portland FBI and requested to know how much the reward
was for turning in the money D.B. Cooper extowrted in
captioned case. Caller refused to identify himself
or provide any additional details re disposition of
money or subject in this matter.
Writer advised caller if any reward would be
forthcoming it would be through the airline involved,
but FBI could arrange for caller to speak with airline
personnel. Caller stated he would wall the airlinds
office on Monday. Caller could not be persuaded to
reveal any af his information and terminated the call
by hanging up.
Caller was white male, 30 - 40 years of age, spoke
with no accent. Callerspoke in low clear tone and did
not sound excited nob under influence of drugs or alcohplis
sa[ advised of foregoing. —
