In view of this, the doctor thought there might be a connection between the skull and COOPER, subject of the NORJAK investigation, Dr,[__Jindicated,that according to the information he has, the parachute wa ound almost two years ago and that in addition, one Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, found a man's clothing in about August or September of 1974 in the same general area where the skull was found, According to the doctor, the clothes were never brought into the Sheriff's Office, br.
