expressing opposition to the firms manufacturing of war
material,

Appeal", a daily newspaper published in Memphis, Tennessee,
contained an article entitled, "State Strange Props Familiar”
by THOMAS BEVIER. According to this article, the International
Telegraph and Telephone Corporation's (ITT) | annual meeting of
stockholders held in Memphis, Tennessee on May 10, 1972 was
picketed by ebout fifty anti-war demonstrators protesting
ITT's contributions to the Vietnam War effort. this
denonstration a Franciscan priest, Reverend DALE/OLINE, re-
presenting CALC, presented two proposals to curtail ITT's
