CALC group in the auditorium. Through a prearranged agreement
with Honeywell officials, the meet?Yng was opened in the auditorium
with @ prayer by Sister MARY LUKE /fTOBIN of the National Office
of the CALC. During the meeting,/which was conducted in an
orderly fashion, several spokesmen for the CALC and other
church groups read speeches condemming the war in Vietnam and
Honeywell's contribution. There was no apparent attempt to
obstruct the meeting by any of the persons within the
auditorium and the stockholders' meeting terminated at about
5:0) PM, in an orderly manner. (U)
A column appearing in the Minneapolis Tribune on
May 39, 1972, was captioned, "3) protest Honeywell war policies".
The iter stated that about 30 persons gathered on May 29, 1972,
outside the homes of two officials of Honeywell, Incorporated,
to pray for a change in the corporation's policy. They went to
the homes of JAMES H, BINGER, Chairman of the Board, and
STEPHEN F, KEATING, President of Honeywell, Incorporated.
Neither BINGER nor KEATING were home on the occasion, however,
the group conducted prayers and proceeded with their demonstrations
nevertheless. The affair was sponsored by the Minnesota CALC

Concerned. The walk covered the distance from Greenville,
South Carolina to Columbia, South Carolina. The purpose of
this walk was vo dramatize demands for ™nited States with-
drawel from Southeast Asia, he leader and coordinator of this
march was Reverend ¥ICHAFL Fy KANFY, of the Greenville, South
Carolina Chapter of CATC, When KANFY arrived at the South
