{ WFO 80-76 FBI Office. DAWSON made the statement that he has never been contacted or interviewed by SA's of the Los Angeles Office for any purpose while there. DAWSON stated his purpose of being in Los Angeles was to get a part in the movies, but being unsuccessful, he departed coming directly to the home of Mrs. CUSAK in Annandale where he stayed a short while before going on to various other places in the east. For the additional information of Bureau and Los Angeles, files of WFO disclose that DAWSON was the subject of investigation by this Bureau in the case entitled: UNSUB, aka Picton Dawson, Et Al; ESP. -X; OO LA; Bufile 65-71468; LA file 65-7882; WFO file 65-10413. Nothing derogatory developed by WFO investigation, results of final investigation being RUC'd in letter to Bureau and LA dated 8/3/67. Information copy being directed to the Alexandria Office inasmuch as DAWSON's present address in territory covered by that Office.
