Additionally, he stated telegrams to the FBI and the United States Department of Justice had been sent previously by him in the belief that the UFW was being denied the right to picket. Since charges were dropped and since lines of communication with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office had been established, he said, the UFW desired to withdraw any complaint made to the FBI and the pic United States Department of Justice. did not desire to come to the FBI Office for further discussion of the matter, he said. The Journal—-Herald on the morning of November 8, 1974, reported that disorderly conduct charges against UFW pickets were dropped during a hearing in Municipal Court on November 7, 1974. It was further reported that an agreement had been worked out between the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, Fazio's Market, and the UFW. About fifty UFW members and supporters immediately went back to the store where they had been arrested and set up a picket line for about an hour, during which time, there were no incidents, according to this news- paper, -4- \W
