This individual did display a leege amount of ces. 5:2 that he thought that the individual was trying to pass connterféit bills so he took the license no. of two cars parkéd in front of the e of which he believes to be the one dkiven by the man, left the cafe and stopped in again a few days later and the manager stated that the same man came back that night, but before leaving in the morning he stated that he had just killed his best friend, Bugsy Siegel.
