This individual was reportedly to attend a staff meeting to be held in New york on September 26, 1970. t ) In addition, NY T-66 reported that QM (puoveric), a Black Panther Party member functioning out of Winston- Salem, North Carolina, had traveled in cities throughout North and South Carolina, attempting to create interest in establishing BPP community centers ana to raise money for I jthe convention, ‘|! | a (t % Defense Captain of the winston-Salem National Committee to | Combat Facism (NCCF), a BPP affiliated group.
