This source reported BPP members claimed WADDELL was in excellent health and that the prison's claim that WADDELL died of a heart attack was very questionable. LARRY | LITTLE contacted American Civil Liberties Union attorneys JOSEPH H. TIEGER of Fayetteville, N. C. and JERRY PAUL of | Durham, N. C., to inquire into this incident with prison authorities. Both TIEGER_and PAUL have represented BPP members in the past. also advised that LARRY LITTLE is talking about heading a delegation of several BPP members and proceeding to Raleigh, N. C. to demand a hearing -with the warden of Central Prison regarding the | circumstances of WADDELL's death. No plans have been finalized | in this regard. Appropriate authorities at Central Prison, Raleigh, N. C., have been alerted regarding possible contact from BPP members.
