C. Dr. R. PAGE HUDSON, Chief Medical Examiner for the State of North Carolina, advised that WADDELL apparently died of severe heart disease. WADDELL's body was moved to Wake Memorial Hospital in Raleigh, N. C., where an autopsy was to be performed. WADDELL was a member of the North Carolina Chapter of the BPP for a short time prior to his arrest for Armed Robbery in High Point, N. C. On 1/20/71, WADDELL was convicted of Armed Robbery and sentenced to 15 to 20 years imprisonment. He has been confined at hoes, Prison in Raleigh, N. C. since his conviction. ee id ing 65.
