Informants report that during the month of August there was a definite downswing in the tinancial condition of the BPP Chapter, and this they attribute directly to the lack of success on the part of the BPP members in selling the BPP newspaper. Sources continue to report that the BPP Chapter still has numerous outstanding bills that are unpaid, and it has fallen behind in its mortgage rental payments on their headquarters building at 1333 N.
