C., continued to Operate principally from their headquarters at 1333 North Patterson Avenue. The apartment of RUSSELL and MARY MCDONALD, 1306 Underwood Avenue, and a new apartment rented by RICKIE HOOPER on 11/15/71, located at 210 East 14th Street, are also utilized by BPP leaders. The BPP Headquarters is still without telephone service since members have failed to raise the deposit | required by the telephone company. RICKIE HOOPER obtained telephone service at his new apartment, 210 East 14th St., which has telephone number 724-6249, This telephone is being used by LARRY DONNELL LITTLE, head of BPP Chapter, along with the telephone located at the residence of his mother, OCHIE BELL LITTLE, 1326 Oak Street, Winston-Salem, N.
