N. C., advised that as a result of his appeal the North Carolina
Supreme Court reversed Superior Court Judge LONG's ruling and
ruled that the North Carolina statutory plan for selection and
drawing of jurors is constitutional and provides a ery. system
free of discrimination. Mr. YEAGER stated barring further appeal,
LARRY LITTLE, JULIUS CORNELL, and GRADY FULLER would again be
scheduled for trial on the previous charges. Mr. YEAGER pointed
out, however, he anticipates defense attorneys for the three
BPP members will appeal ruling to the United States Supreme Court.
