LEAN2ZA advised was given to him by the Libyans. (4) A letter, dated May 30, 1979, addressed to the Honourable Ahmed Shahati, unsigned, but which LEANZA advised. was given to him by JAMES L. BENTLEY, Jr., a long- time friend and associate, as a cover letter which he signed to forward a letter also given to him by BENTLEY, dated May 24, 1979, and signed by BENTLEY. LEANZA stated that this letter and its enclosure had been sent by him. (5) A letter from LEANZA to SHAHATI, dated July 2, 1979, on LEANZA's Stationery, enclosing a letter to Mr. LEANZA from another associate and realtor in Atlanta, PAUL J. BATTAGLIA, describing a tract of land in Arizona. (6) A copy of a flyer, which LEANZA advised he | received in the mail in 1975, captioned "Georgia Ad to Make Pitch for Some Arab Oil Money." _ (7) Item captioned, Name and Comments, which LEANZA . advised was given to him by Mr. LEONARD LONG, who informed him that he had been requested by TOM JORDAN on behalf of BILLY —: CARTER to make a list of people involved with the Libyan trip and his comments concerning each.
